So I’m really excited today to announce that we are hosting our first ever WBZL giveaway and oh boy are you in for a treat! Having long admired the lovely books by Blurb, I was thrilled when the company got in touch to offer 5 lucky readers the chance to win a £30 voucher. You lucky devils!
Blurb have created an ingenious system that allows you to create your very own book. The books can display a mixture of photographs, artwork and/or text and are perfect for creating a really special wedding keepsake. There are a million and one ways to use Blurb in relation to your nuptials but I especially love the idea of creating a book that is passed around during the drinks reception that tells the story of how you met and got together. I also love, love, love the thought of creating customised fairytale books to keep the little ones entertained during dinner.

As strange as it may sound, I have a slight obsession with marshmallows; and bizarrely it’s actually more to do with how these sweet treats look rather than how they taste. So you can imagine my delight when I stumbled across Whimsy and Spice and their satisfyingly square creations. With exciting flavours like cardamom, chocolate and lemongrass these little lovelies would be a perfect additon to any Welcome Bag or Candy Bar.
Unfortunately the company only ship to the US at the moment, however I’m hoping that with enough blog love they might find their way over to Borough Market, even if it is just for the day!

Last week my husband (all round Apple lover and incessant ipod listener) came home with these headphones to replace his broken Apple ones. Now I’m not usually one to believe the techie hype, but I have to say that the sound quality from these little guys is absolutely amazing and well worth the money. They’d make the perfect wedding/birthday/anniversary gift for your beloved.

I featured Goose Grease a few weeks ago but I stopped by the Etsy store again today and saw there are lots more designs up so I thought I’d do a quick repost. For those of you who missed the original post, these little beauties are hand painted and customised to you and your betrothed. Isn’t that lace amazing? I love them very much!
